After months of posting photos of her super-skinny body (thanks to all that Pilates) and her collection of dogs, the former “Hannah Montana” star has found a new muse: her bleached, half-shaved pixie cut, which she documented while in stylist Chris McMillan’s chair – and has been tweeting about ever since! On August 13, LeAnn wanted to show off the new bag she bought herself for her 30th birthday.
